On October 14, 2025, the event “WELCOME TO HIGHLANDS” – a warm gathering introducing Vietnam Highlands Trail 2025 – took place solemnly at the LightHub Experience Center (Ho Chi Minh City).
This marked the first time a lighting and technology experience center in Vietnam has been trusted to become the host venue for a global sporting event, welcoming athletes, organizers, media, and sports enthusiasts from more than 20 countries.

The ceremony gathered over 80 guests, including athletes, partners, club representatives, and members of the running community, marking a proud milestone for LightHub as the official venue for the launch of one of Vietnam’s most prestigious international trail running events.

Throughout the event, Mr. Nguyen Tu Anh – representative of Nexus Sport Events – shared his vision of developing Vietnam Highlands Trail into a world-class professional trail event, featuring three distances: 10km – 25km – 50km, inspired by Lavender, Pinhatt, and Elephant Mountain (Núi Voi) – the iconic peaks of Lam Dong Highlands.

“This is not only a race of endurance, but a journey of exploration, recovery, and connection between people and nature.”

Ms. HienKa – Race Director of Vietnam Highlands Trail 2025—shared detailed insights about terrain characteristics, elevation, checkpoints, and key highlights along each route.
Her presentation provided valuable technical information for athletes while inspiring the spirit of endurance, courage, and adventure embodied in the event’s message:

“Conquer the Sacred Mountains – Continue the Legendary Story.”

In addition, during the event, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoang – CEO of LK Technology – delivered a special sharing session titled “Lighting for Recovery & Performance,” emphasizing how light can serve health and emotions.
He introduced an intelligent lighting and control system that simulates natural circadian rhythms, helping athletes recover faster after races, sleep deeper and recharge more efficiently, and maintain focus and emotional balance before every challenge.

The “WELCOME TO HIGHLANDS” event concluded with a warm and inspiring Q&A session, where athletes, partners, and guests exchanged ideas, stories, and shared their confidence in the journey ahead.
