Exclusive Distribution Agreement Signed between LK Technology Co., Ltd. and Prosperity Group

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – October 2025 – LK Technology Co., Ltd., led by CEO Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoang, has officially signed an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Prosperity Group, represented by CEO Mr. Jack Chong, for the distribution and promotion of Traxon Technologies and e:cue Lighting Control solutions in Vietnam.

Effective from October 2025, this agreement positions LK Technology as the exclusive distributor of Traxon Dynamic Lighting, Traxon General Lighting, and e:cue Lighting Controls in Vietnam, and as a non-exclusive distributor for selected OSRAM General Lighting Products. The exclusivity also covers Cambodia, strengthening LK Technology’s role as a leading provider of architectural and professional lighting in Southeast Asia.

Agreement Highlights

  LK Technology is the sole authorized distributor of Traxon Dynamic Lighting, Traxon General Lighting, and e:cue Lighting Controls in Vietnam, and a non-exclusive distributor for selected OSRAM General Lighting products. The exclusivity also extends to Cambodia.
